8 days sugar free!!!!

Well this week went great I worked out everyday and stuck to my meal plan!!!! I am not able to weigh and measure this week because I am visiting my mom, so next week I will update on that.

When I say sugar free I mean no added sugar as in desserts, candy, pop etc....
Stopping sugar is a really hard thing for me to do, I feel like it is a withdrawal for me. I get really grumpy the first few days, then down a couple and then feel the blues, but yeah starting last night my sugarless high emerged!!!!! I feel great, energized,happy and healthier. I know its only been a week but oh what a difference a few days can make. I know the exercise helped immensely I am sore but I am loving the feeling of my muscles getting stronger. I know I'll still hits some fouls but this week I hit a double!
